A zip file is needed in order to upload through the WordPress Plugins section.
Automatically unzipping a file is most common in browsers like Safari (but it can also sometimes happen in other browsers like Chrome, etc.)
A quick Google search for the name of the browser you are using + “prevent browser from unzipping file automatically” will provide options to download the zip file.
Below is the method to prevent unzipping the file when using the Safari browser:
1. Open Safari
2. Click Preferences
3. Under the General tab, Uncheck the option Open “safe” files after downloading
We recommend deleting the WishList Member file you have downloaded to your computer and then downloading a fresh zip file once you run through the steps above.
