WishList Member Support – Response Time

Our posted Support Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET and our team aims to respond within 1-2 hours during business hours.

If you submit a support ticket or send a reply to an existing support ticket and do not see a response within that time frame, please check your inbox spam/junk filter.

Please Note: Response time can sometimes be affected by higher than normal ticket volume. We strive to reply to all support requests as quickly as possible.
