You have a few different member tracking/statistic options available when using WishList Member based on how member accounts are created. While the WishList Member plugin itself doesn't include in depth member tracking, there are available plugins that specialize in user tracking and analytics which can be used with WishList Member because members are created using the WordPress user database.
This means any WordPress plugins or systems (including Google Analytics) that track user data/statistics can be used for members.
There are available options that can be used within the WishList Member plugin and other options that can be used along with WishList Member.
Individual Member Activity
In terms of WishList Member, you can view the last time a member logged in if you click on their Username in the Members > Manage section of WishList Member and view the Advanced tag in the popup that appears.

Additional member tracking can be handled by a WordPress plugin. WishList Member creates members using the WordPress user database, so any WordPress plugins that track user activity should work for members as well.
You can search for a term like: user tracking
This will provide a number of plugin options. (We also provide a recommended Google Analytics plugin below).

Add Google Analytics Code to a Registration Page
You can also consider placing your Google Analytics code on a WishList Member Registration page.
You can customize the registration page for a Level by adding HTML above and/or below the form.
This can be accessed in the Setup > Levels > *Click on Level Name* > Registrations section of WishList Member.
The option to enter HTML above and/or below is available for each Level.
