There are options to enable/disable a Terms of Service link and a Privacy Policy link on the footer of the site.
These options are located in the Members > Data Privacy > Settings section of WishList Member.
Either of these links can be enabled to appear in your site footer and you can select the destination page for each link.
You also have the option to create a new page for either option here (if you have not created the page already) using the green add a page button.
