Payment Providers – WishList Member Generic Integration Method

Payment Providers - WishList Member Generic Integration Method

WishList Member provides integrations using the Full Integration method with a number of popular payment providers. This includes options like Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, and many more. You can connect WishList Member with one of the available integration options and start collecting payments when users join your site.

The different WishList Member plans include selections of payment provider integration options. If you want to integrate a payment provider that isn't included within WishList Member, you can use the Simple Integration method or the Generic Integration method. This means you can integrate WishList Member with a vast array of payment providers.

Additional information is available for the Full Integration and the Simple Integration methods.

Generic Integration Method

The generic integration method allows you to set up an integration between your site and an online payment provider.

This expands the playing field and provides site owners with a way to create a gateway themselves by working directly with the payment provider of their choice. This is done by using the door WishList Member opens to send information back and forth between their site and the payment provider.

Instructions for the generic integration method can be found in the Setup > Integrations > Payment Providers section of WishList Member.

We have included a direct link here to the generic integration technical documentation.
