Auto-Created Accounts for Integrations

If you have integrated with one of the payment providers in the Setup > Integrations > Payment Providers section of WishList Member, you have the option to use a feature that will automatically create a member account when someone purchases.

Typically, the user will pay and set their desired username and password.

But, if the “Enable Auto-Created Accounts for Integrations” setting is enabled, an account will automatically be created for the member when they pay.

Clicking the blue Configure button will display the Auto-Create Accounts for Integrations popup and it can be configured to create an account immediately or after a specified delay.

Creating the account immediately will result in the member not needing to create their account.

The delay option gives members the chance to complete the registration process on their own during the amount of time configured. If a delay is enabled and a member doesn't complete the registration in that time, the member account will automatically be created.
