Above and beyond customer support
We use Wishlist to maintain a global membership database on our members-only website. (www.ILAWnetwork.com). We used a website development firm to build the site, but then we decided to administrate the website on our own. We don't have a tech person that knows WordPress on staff and I have only moderate ability to code HTML and I am program staff, not a tech staff member. Wishlist is the engine that drives our entire site. When we have noticed issues, I have contacted their tech team and they get back to me in a matter of minutes and so far have solved all the issues within 48 hours.
I should also point out that most of those issues are related to the customizations on my site and have not been caused by Wishlist itself.
