Do you have a refund policy?
Answer: Yes you can get a refund within 30 days of joining the Partner Program. Please keep in mind that by applying today, you only pay $97. The rest of the fees will be collected after a welcome and introduction call with the partner team.
Do I have to pay annually?
Answer: By starting the application today, you’ll pay $97. After a welcome introduction call with the partner team, you’ll be charged for the rest of the fees. All of this will be explained in detail on the call but it is an annual payment. You will be able to ask any questions during the call.
What if we decide the program isn’t right for me?
Answer: The whole purpose of the introductory call is to determine if we’ll both benefit from partnering together. Sometimes that just isn’t the case for many reasons. We will refund your application fee and part ways as friends 🙂
Can I buy this to train my team even though I’m not an agency?
Answer: Yes! If you’re a business owner who wants their internal team to be certified, you can join and have your team go through the training and exam that is reviewed by us. This way you can be confident your team knows the ins and outs of using WishList Member.
Am I guaranteed leads?
Answer: It would be impossible for us to guarantee leads of any kind. However, when someone comes to us and asks us who we recommend, we’ll direct them to the certified partner listing page. From there, your logo, brand name, and other factors could influence if they choose to reach out to you.
