You have the ability to integrate with multiple payment options.
You would just need to enable the option of your choice in the Setup > Integrations > Payment Providers section of WishList Member and set it up accordingly. Then, you can enable the next payment provider you want to use and set it up as well.
As an example, you could create a payment link/button for each Level you want potential members to be able to register for using each payment option of your choice.
So, if there is a Gold Level, you could have a payment link/button for as many payment options as you like that the user could choose between.
